Welcome to our studio registration page! There are two options for registration and multiple options for payment so please read carefully to choose one of each that works best for you.
Step 1: Registration
Anyone can use our online registration form found here, or you can opt to download this registration form (CSA-StudioRegForm), fill it out by hand and mail it to:

Step 2: Payment
There are multiple options for payment. Choose whichever works best for you!
1) Pay online via PayPal. Each class listing has a PayPal button.
Please Note: You will still need to submit a registration form so that we have the necessary student information.
Please Note: We are unable to offer the membership discount via PayPal so if you are a member and wish to take advantage of your 10% studio discount, please choose another method of payment. We also cannot apply gift certificates via the web so if you wish to use a gift certificate, please contact us before paying so we can adjust accordingly.)
2) Send a check or money order to:

Please Note: Regular and member prices are listed on class description page and you should make check/money order out accordingly. Membership discounts can only be apply retroactively withing 48 hours.
Please Note: You can pay by check or money order regardless of whether you opt above to register online or on paper.
3) Pay by debit/credit card by opting above to print out and mail in your registration form including credit/debit card information OR in person by visiting CSA during regular business hours.
